Ruby and I had a nice low-key day, and my Annapolis friend Shawna came over for dinner. She is great with Ruby and it was fun to catch up on the last few years.
Ruby’s injury continues to heal, but now she is also fighting a terrible diaper rash, which is apparently common with antibiotics. Poor baby.
We have not been able to find a home for Cash, but Operation Paws for Homes will be taking him into a foster home next Thursday. Until then he will remain at the kennel. This whole experience has been pretty heart-breaking.
