Ruby loves her hot pink crocs. She loves them so much that when she outgrew her 2/3 pair we bought her identical crocs in size 4/5. We thought about branching out into a different color, but we showed Ruby online and she was insistent that she wanted the hot pink pair. She is most definitely her mother’s daughter.
Anyway, today Ruby came up to me all excited because she had put her shoes on and wanted to “walk! walk! Mama walk! Pees!” It took me a minute to figure out what was wrong with her shoes:
It turns out Ruby is such a conservative she couldn’t even bear to wear her left shoes.
Kidding!
I crack myself up.
Ruby and I did walk today, for several hours in support of Romney/Ryan, George Allen for Governor, and Patrick Murray for Congress. We knocked on lots of doors but Ruby’s favorite house had this lovely dog out front.
