Today we decided to explore an area of DC that we had never been to before: Eastern Market. We took the metro, which Ruby just loves.
She didn’t get to enjoy the whole ride because the (not) gentle lurching and stopping and starting somehow lulled her to sleep.
Surprisingly Ruby stayed asleep while I settled her in the sling and for at least 30 minutes more. You can see that she is resting on my big baby belly.
It was a very cold and blustery day but we all enjoyed the area and plan on venturing back very soon.
